Picture Schedule
5:00 pm - U7
5:15 pm - U9
5:30 pm - U18-1
5:45 pm - U11
6:00 pm - U13
6:15 pm - U18-2
Location: RQB Arena front meeting room. OCTOBER 27, 2025
Jersey parent- please bring your black/dark jerseys to hand out to your team. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you at the rink waiting for your team, so that we can stay on schedule for pictures.
Players/Goalies/Coaches/Managers (Head & Assistants)
Please arrive 20 MINUTES PRIOR to your teams scheduled time slot to collect your jersey and name card from your Manager.
**PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR YOUR PICTURE**

PLAYERS: ** Stick and Gloves**
GOALIES: ** Stick, Catcher and Pads**
*****NO SKATES*****
COACHES & MANAGERS: Please try to wear something branded with CR Knights, if you do not have something branded plain black shirt is best for your photos.
Show up in regular clothing - black pants are best (no shoulder pads or any other gear). NO GREEN shirts or pants. They do not show up with the backgrounds for pictures.
Ordering Pictures:
MVP Photos will be using an online store for parents to order.
A link to view your child's pictures and place orders will be available after OCTOBER 27th. It will be emailed via Ramp and posted on the website once it is available.
Missing Picture Day?:
** MVP has changed their policy in regard to adding in players/goalies/coaches who miss photo day and want to be in the team photo. You will be subject to a $20.00 add in charge. (no exceptions & non-refundable).
** You will have up to 7 days after October 27, 2025 (Photo day), to schedule a time to come into the studio to have your picture taken, IF you would like your child to be included in the Team photo. If you in inside the 7 days, your photos ordered will be included with your teams photos and delivered to your team manager for disbursing.
** If you do not schedule to come in for a photo until after 7 days of October 27, 2025, your child will not be added into everyone's copy of the Team photo.
Scheduling to attend Studio for missed picture:
MVP ONLY accepts scheduled in studio appointments. You WILL get turned away, or we could not be in studio, if you do not book an appointment online.
**To book an appointment please click on the CR Knights Store Link that will be emailed out, enter your contact information and click on the selection MISSED PHOTO DAY button, enter player/goalie/coach (LAST Name, FIRST name) and click on the red button and begin to schedule an appointment when prompted.
Group/Sibling Pictures:
Sibling, team mates, etc. photos can be arranged with MVP on photo night - and are encouraged! We kindly ask that if you are planning to do a paired up photo you come to the last time slot of 6:15pm so these additional photo opportunities do not take us off schedule for photo night.
