Officials for the 2022-23 Season

Please send us the required Referee Information if you would like to officiate hockey this year.

Clinics

Signing up for a Referee Clinic:

In order to sign up for a clinic you will need to sign in to your e-hockey account at https://ehockey.hockeycanada.ca/ehockey/Account/Login.aspx

You can find more clinics in the "Search Clinics" section, click on "Type" and choose either “Official Level 1-2” or "Official Clinic".

New Referees

Anyone interested in becoming a referee must complete the online ref course Hockey University Officiating Level 1/2 prior to participating in a Referee Clinic. To register for this course please go to: https://ehockey.hockeycanada.ca/ehockey/ClinicDetail.aspx?cid=132370

Criminal Record Checks

Anyone who turns 19 as of December 31st of this year must have a valid Criminal Record Check in order to sign up for a clinic.

If you are unsure whether your CRC is still valid, you can log in to your e-hockey account and view your participant profile, where Criminal Record Checks and expiry dates will be listed at the bottom of the page.

If necessary, you can access and share your previously completed CRC at https://www.mybackcheck.com/Public/Login.aspx or request a new one via www.backcheck.net/hockeyalberta

If you require further assistance, please contact your CRMHA Ref-in-Chief, Jessie Norton at: ric@crknights.ca
